Tickets cost £40 per person, including all course materials, lunch and refreshments. There are 48 spaces to be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
Training places are limited to 24 tickets per specialist area (i.e. expert accounting or forensic psychiatry). If your choice is fully booked, your details will be placed on a reserve list in case of cancellations; you will be notified if a place becomes available.
ICCA uses an external supplier to process and handle our bookings; follow this link to book your place at the conference. Please note that you will be redirected to the supplier's external site for the processing of your booking and payment.
Bookings close at midnight on Wednesday 5 July 2017.
Applying for a refund
Refund requests are also processed via the external booking provider, full details can be found here.
Refunds will only be honoured on requests received before 4.00 pm on Monday 3 July 2017. No refunds will be made after that date.
Refund requests will be responded to within five (5) business days for a first response.
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days outside of the U.S. depending on your bank. This is in line with the providers' 'Terms of Service'.
Refunds will not be provided for bookings where it is found that the information provided on the booking form is knowingly misleading or false.
In the very unlikely event that the conference is cancelled, rescheduled or has changed location, you will be entitled to a full refund of the face value of your ticket. Further information regarding your rights as a consumer is available here.
