Expert Evidence Training Conference 2017: terms and conditions

ICCA hopes to deliver a second training event in the Autumn 2017. The specialist areas for the forthcoming training will be economic and psychiatric experts. Delegates on July’s reserve list will have priority of booking for later in the year.

ICCA uses an external supplier to process and handle our bookings. The processing of your booking and payment is handled by an external provider and in accordance with its Terms of Use policy. Please note that ticket transfers are not permitted for this event.

Information you provide as part of your registration, booking and payment will be handled in accordance with the booking provider’s Privacy Policy as well as the EU-US Privacy Shield Framework.

Public domain details of registered delegates (name, place of work and occupation) will be placed on the attendee list which will be made available to delegates. There might be photography and/or video production taking place during the conference and the resulting images may be used for promotional purposes on-line and/or in printed materials. Applying for a refund

Refund requests are also processed via the external booking provider, full details can be found here.

Refunds will only be honoured on requests received before 4.00 pm four (4) days prior to the close of bookings. No refunds will be made after that date.

Refund requests will be responded to within five (5) business days for a first response.

Refunds will be processed within seven (7) business days outside of the U.S. depending on your bank. This is in line with the providers' 'Terms of Service'.

Refunds will not be provided for bookings where it is found that the information provided on the booking form is knowingly misleading or false.


In the very unlikely event that the conference is cancelled, rescheduled or has changed location, you will be entitled to a full refund of the face value of your ticket.  Further information regarding your rights as a consumer is available here.
